
This March Fraud Prevention Month (FPM) was our most expansive awareness initiative to date, and underscored the experience of our Member Engagement, Marketing and Communications team. This year we featured more members than ever before in our thought-leadership profiles and expanded our audience reach by making our LinkedIn campaign completely bilingual.
Our interviews with senior industry members touched on a large range of insurance fraud subjects including the impact of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and the trend in frauds such as ghost brokers, re-VINs and staged collisions.
Across the member profiles I noted how the industry is aligned on the public safety risks surrounding insurance fraud perpetrated by organized crime and underscored the importance of collaboration.
