

TORONTO, ON – June 18, 2026 – Today, Équité Association announces the appointment of three industry leaders to its Board of Directors: Nav Dhillon, CEO of Aviva Canada; Lisa Guglietti, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, P&C Insurance Solutions at Co-operators; and Paul MacDonald, Executive Vice President, Personal Insurance & Digital Channels at Definity.
Nav Dhillon, CEO of Aviva Canada, brings a strong background in insurance and financial leadership to Équité’s Board. Throughout his career, he has developed broad experience across finance, claims, and advisory services. He has held senior leadership roles at RSA Canada Group and Intact Financial Corporation and played a key role in building EY’s insurance advisory practice. Nav’s contributions were recognized by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business, where he was named a Best Executive in 2025.
Lisa Guglietti, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, P&C Insurance Solutions at Co-operators, brings nearly three decades of insurance leadership to Équité's Board. Her distinguished career spans operational strategy, product development, and customer-focused innovation. She also currently sits on the Board of Casualty Actuarial Society and previously served on the boards of PACICC and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
Paul MacDonald, Executive Vice President, Personal Insurance & Digital Channels at Definity, brings 20 years of insurance experience to Équité's Board. His career reflects a consistent focus on operational efficiency and digital innovation, driving improvements in how Canadians experience insurance products and services.
